It's important to respect each others' time and effort for the counseling process. Therefore there is a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If you would like to cancel your session, please let me know at least 48 hours before the appointment, otherwise the session fee will be charged. 

When you make an appointment, I reserve one hour for you. 50 minutes of this is the consultation itself, and the rest of the time is for administration, arriving and leaving comfortably. I would like to ask everyone to arrive in time for your session, because arriving late shortens the consultation time.
